The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a woman found inside a home in the Rock Run community.
Sheriff’s officials say a 911 call was received Friday night around 10:55 reporting a deceased female at a residence on County Road 29 near Piedmont. Deputies, Spring Garden Valley Fire, and Piedmont EMS responded and found a woman and her dog deceased inside the home.
