DeKalb County families turn to extended-stay hotels as rents soar

Living in a hotel is a reality for nearly a thousand families in DeKalb County. A survey presented to county leaders shows upfront costs, credit requirements, and a lack of affordable housing are keeping families stuck in hotels for months or longer.
