Cobb County announced in a news release that four individuals recently graduated from the Cobb County Drug Treatment Court, marking a powerful step forward in their recovery journeys. The ceremony, held in the Jury Assembly Room at Cobb Superior Court, celebrated their achievements alongside judges, court staff, attorneys, elected officials, and supportive family and friends.
The Drug Treatment Court offers an 18-to-24-month voluntary alternative to incarceration for individuals facing substance use disorders. Participants undergo intensive judicial supervision, receive tailored treatment, and benefit from a comprehensive support system designed to help them rebuild their lives and reenter the community as productive citizens.
