Georgia company recalls 13,000+ pounds of chicken in 7 states over listeria risk

NORCROSS, Ga. — Thousands of pounds ready to eat chicken sent from a Georgia company have been recalled in seven states, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).

A FSIS release says Suzanna’s Kitchen, headquartered in Norcross, Georgia, recalled about 13,720 pounds of its ready-to-eat grilled chicken breast fillet products after they may have been contaminated with Listeria.

The recalled products were produced on October 14, 2025, and sold in 10-pound cases, which contained two five-pound bags of cooked grilled chicken breasts fillet with rib meats, health officials said in the report…
