ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A Gwinnett County paramedic died off duty last month, according to Gwinnett County Fire and Emergency Services.
The department said Joshua Garay died Jan. 18. He had been with the department since March 2024, serving with Fire Station 6 and Fire Station 20.
