MILTON, Ga. — The police department in Milton said Tuesday there was an “active police matter” occurring in the Mayfield Park area but that there was no threat to the public.
The nature of the activity was not disclosed by the department in a Facebook post. It stated: “You may see police activity in the Mayfield Park area. This is part of an active police matter. There is no threat to the public.”
