MARIETTA — After more than a year of deliberation, a proposed four-story apartment complex will be considered by the county Board of Commissioners.
In a 4-1 vote with Fred Beloin opposed, the Cobb Planning Commission advanced a proposed 249-unit apartment complex along Atlanta Road, just off I-285, to the Board of Commissioners.
