YAVA Kitchen and Brewhouse will officially open its doors on Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2026, welcoming the Cumming community to a new wood-fired restaurant and brewery designed for everyday gatherings. Located at 3001 Market Place Blvd. in the Westshore development, the 8,000-square-foot space seats more than 300 guests and blends a working brewhouse with a food-forward kitchen built around live fire.
Created in partnership with Blue Orbit Restaurant Consulting, YAVA is grounded in a simple idea: cook with restraint, start with good ingredients and let the fire do the work. The menu focuses on seasonality and straightforward preparations, with dishes shaped by what is fresh and available rather than trends. Proteins and vegetables are cooked over a wood-fired grill, bringing depth and balance without excess. “We are not trying to do everything,” said YAVA general manager Patrick Padilla. “We are trying to do a few things well, using the right ingredients and respecting the process.”
Behind the bar and in the brewhouse, the same philosophy applies. YAVA’s small-batch beers are brewed on-site with an emphasis on clean, balanced styles that change with the seasons.
