GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A fugitive wanted for charges that include kidnapping and home invasion was arrested in Gwinnett County in January.
The Gwinnett County Police Department alerted the Fugitive Unit of a group of suspects impersonating sheriff deputies to commit armed robberies.
