LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. — A driver believed to be experiencing a medical emergency was driving the wrong way on a busy Gwinnett County road when she collided head-on with a dump truck, sparking a fiery, multi-vehicle crash on Tuesday afternoon, according to police.
Authorities said the white car was heading in the wrong direction as it approached an intersection at Scenic Highway and Grayson Highway in Lawrenceville around 3:55 p.m. Before hitting the dump truck, the vehicle struck three other cars, police said.
