Jack Beaujour, 36, of Stone Mountain, and Smith Toussaint, 37, of Douglasville, are accused of breaking the sprinkler head in their cell on Jan. 28 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to arrest warrants from the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office.
Water gushed out of the broken sprinkler head and flooded into the cells of other inmates on the top and bottom tiers, which created a health hazard due to the unsanitary conditions of the water, according to the warrant.
