WOODSTOCK, Ga. — An 18-year-old Locust Grove man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of another teenager at a Woodstock apartment complex last month, police said.
The Woodstock Police Department charged Prince Phillip Rolle with malice murder, felony murder and aggravated assault in the death of 18-year-old Matthew Milner. The shooting happened Jan. 26 at the Riverstock Apartments.
Officers were called to the complex just after 5:30 p.m. on a report of a shooting, according to police. When they arrived, they found Milner suffering from gunshot wounds and provided aid with the help of Woodstock and Cherokee County Fire & EMS.
