ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — A woman convicted of stealing more than $4 million in gift cards from The Home Depot has been sentenced to years behind bars.
Felecia Ingram, a 53-year-old from Covington, will spend three years and one month in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Georgia said Thursday. Last May, she pleaded guilty to one count of access device fraud.
Ingram had been a gift card sales associate with the Atlanta-based Home Depot since 2008. But from March 2020 through July 2021, she stole more than 8,300 gift cards from The Home Depot Store Support Center in Cobb County while fewer people were working there due to the COVID-19 pandemic…
