Bizarre Coffee has fired up its biggest shop yet in downtown Roswell, taking over a two-story, 3,500-square-foot spot on Alpharetta Street. The artist-run brand is known for loud, colorful drinks and offbeat creations that lean on house-made syrups, with cocktails occasionally joining the party.
According to What Now Atlanta, the Roswell outpost at 1090 Alpharetta Street opened in February as the company’s third location, following Canton and Woodstock. The space, previously home to Big Oak Tavern, is set to be Bizarre’s largest shop so far. The brand started in 2020 as a farmers market booth in Canton before graduating to its first brick-and-mortar store, the outlet notes.
Drinks That Lean Loud – And Sometimes Boozy
Menus at Bizarre revolve around house-made syrups and rotating seasonal specials, and Appen Media reports the Roswell shop will pour cocktails, including a “Guava John,” along with signature drinks that blend espresso with spirits such as soju and yuzu. The team leans hard into playful, photo-ready beverages, including the return of a blueberry latte now in its fourth year, backed up by a breakfast and brunch-leaning food menu.
Ribbon Cutting And Community Scene
Roswell Inc has a ribbon-cutting set for Wednesday from 3:30–4:30 p.m. at the Alpharetta Street address, an event the business group bills as an open welcome for locals and downtown visitors. The new shop drops Bizarre Coffee right into Roswell’s walkable Canton Street retail corridor, where patios and weekend foot traffic are the main attractions.
What’s Next For The Weird And Caffeinated Brand
The company has followed a small-town growth pattern, starting in Canton in 2020 and expanding to Woodstock in 2023, and is now chasing more northwest Atlanta markets. A press release from 24-7 Press Release and broker listings note the brand has its eye on communities such as Acworth. Those real-estate details, along with the company’s own comments, frame the Roswell move as part of a broader plan to build larger community hubs instead of simple grab-and-go counters…
