Precious Lashay Holloway, 32, of Atlanta, is accused of willingly allowing a child under the age of 18 to sleep on the street for several days, from Feb. 26 to March 1, at a residence at 2278 Riverview Road SE, Atlanta, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Holloway did not notify authorities that the minor was on the street and did not give the minor money for food or shelter, according to the warrant.
Holloway is charged with cruelty to children – first degree. She was arrested on March 1 at 9:52 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
