GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A property manager previously investigated by 11Alive now faces eight felony charges after authorities accused her of stealing money from clients who trusted her company to manage their rental properties and homeowners’ associations.
A Gwinnett County grand jury indicted Rachel Cartwright, the owner of Bravo Property Management, in connection with alleged thefts from clients whose money was supposed to be held and distributed through the company.
Cartwright has pleaded not guilty to the charges and did not respond to 11Alive’s attempts to reach her by phone and email. Her husband, who in social posts and police reports has been associated with the business, was not named in the indictment…
