Dulani Khalfani Ward Jr, 21 of Alpharetta, was arrested in Rome after reports said he was found with a large amount of drugs after getting pulled over for speeding on GA 20 at Biddy Road.
Officers said that they clocked Ward at driving 81 mph in a 65 mph zone. During the traffic stop, police stated that Ward had 50 THC oil vapes and 4 packages of THC gummies.
