Milton residents can learn about and comment on proposed zoning text amendments at a Community Zoning Information Meeting on March 24 at 6 p.m. in City Hall’s Council Chambers (2006 Heritage Walk). The open-house style session lets people talk directly with City staff about potential updates to the Unified Development Code and Chapter 10 of the City Code.
The proposals aim to better align lot creation with development intensity, preserve Milton’s rural character, and clarify building standards.
