CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. — Investigators in Cherokee County say a juvenile is responsible for an attempted assault that took place inside a restroom in Kroger.
The investigation began on the night of Mar. 22 when deputies received a call about a missing/runaway teenager in the Free Home area. Deputies found the juvenile and returned him to his home.
Authorities say the juvenile was found carrying several bags containing items that were stolen from the Kroger in the Macedonia area. He was charged with theft by shoplifting and released into his mother’s custody…
