CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. (WKRC) – A mother was sentenced to decades in prison for child abuse after a conversation between her child and a teacher revealed 10 years of flogging, kicking, punching, and more.
According to a news release from the Cherokee County District Attorney, an elementary school teacher contacted police in April 2023 to report “child abuse concerns involving a student in her class.”
