After an inmate at the Gwinnett County Jail allegedly made threats against a probation officer, warrants were obtained for terroristic threats and acts on March 23.
The Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office said that, during a recorded phone call, Stephen Stillwell stated that upon his release, he planned to use cocaine and kill his probation officer.
