AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Amarillo police say a third suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting at Westminster Apartments that injured 10 people earlier this month.
According to the Amarillo Police Department, 17-year-old Excellent Vyizigiro was arrested May 28 on a murder warrant.
