Randall County Sheriffs arrested 23-year-old Taleb Rashid Friday morning at 1am for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group-1, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Evading Arrest with a Vehicle, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Reckless Driving, Operating an Unregistered Vehicle, two counts of Traffic Offence Class-C and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, bond was set at $3,500.
