AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – In observance of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the Downtown Library is creating a collaborative handwritten copy of the historic document.
From June 15 until June 24, stop by the reference desk on the second floor of the Downtown Library to get a sentence or signature from the Declaration, along with specially lined paper.
Sections will be available in order, and participants may not specify the section they will be assigned to copy…
