ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – Three Romanian Nationals have been arrested in connection to credit card skimming in Abilene and elsewhere across Texas.
Sebastian Ionut Stefan Bratu, Francesco Matei, and Iosiv-Roberto Curea were all booked into the Bexar County Jail Thursday for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity following an investigation that began in June.
