AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – The Texas Water Development Board has awarded the city of Amarillo a $60 million loan for planning and design of the Hollywood Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion.
The city requested the funds to expand the plant’s capacity from 12 million gallons daily to 22 million gallons.
