AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A man has died after a large piece of concrete crashed through the windshield while he was driving on the Fritch Highway Thursday afternoon.
Around 3:08 p.m., Amarillo police officers were called to the Fritch Highway for a major traffic crash.
