At a recent Amarillo City Council meeting, several citizens commented on concerns about the growing homelessness issue in Amarillo affecting their businesses.
Businessman Kenneth Cross, who operates a cabinet shop near Transformation Park, wanted to know if there was an “end game” for the growing situation evolving around property close to the homeless facility, which is being littered with trash, feces and urine and other debris.
