AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – A Gray County woman previously indicted for alleged drug trafficking was rearraigned in Amarillo Federal Court on Tuesday, after filing a plea agreement for one of her listed charges.
According to court documents, Mandy Kay Parman was rearraigned Tuesday after she filed a plea agreement for one count of “Possession with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or More of Methamphetamine,” which was the second charge listed on her original indictment.
Parman was indicted in July, as noted in previous reports, on one count of alleged “Conspiracy to Distribute or Possess with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or More of Methamphetamine,” one count of “Possession with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or More of Methamphetamine,” and one count of “Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking Crime.”…
