Large hail, damaging winds possible as storm chances rise in Texas

Another round of potentially severe weather could rumble across parts of Texas on Saturday, bringing the threat of large hail and damaging winds into the evening.

The National Weather Service in Amarillo says storms are expected to first develop across the northeastern Texas Panhandle Saturday afternoon before growing into a cluster and moving southeast. Some of those storms could become severe, according to forecast discussion.
