AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Today, BNSF Railway reported on its website that a train derailment near Claude has affected the main track.
According to BNSF, at around 9:19 p.m. on Sept. 12, it received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Claude, about 30 miles southeast of Amarillo in the Red River Valley Subdivision.
Officials said crews responded to assess the derailment site, and the estimated reopening of the main track remains undetermined…
