AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A Potter County Grand Jury indicts the teenager accused of shooting and wounding a man at Thompson Park back in June on multiple charges.
According to Potter County records, a grand jury indicted Nicolas Picasso August 13 on two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon stemming from a shooting at Thompson Park that left a man wounded June 2.
