On any given day on social media here in Amarillo, you will see several people posting about needing a job. Then you will see multiple people comment about needing a job as well. It seems that getting a job these days has gotten more and more difficult.
Many will say they have filled out hundreds of applications, but they never seem to get a return call or email, much less an interview.
Then you have employers tell you they get tons and tons of applications, but no qualified applicants for the position…
