Rainy weather and flash flood threats are still forecast across the Texas Panhandle this week, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) Amarillo.
The weather agency says strong showers and storms could once again produce between one and three inches of rainfall per hour on Thursday evening, September 24, and again through parts of the evening and overnight on Friday.
