AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – An Amarillo woman who pleaded guilty to a federal gun charge yesterday is linked to another woman who was part of high speed pursuit that stretched from Claude to North Amarillo.
Court documents show that 44-year-old Destiny Dechelle Lara pleaded guilty yesterday to possessing an unregistered firearm.
In November 2025, Amarillo police executed a search warrant on a home near SW 8th Avenue and S Tennessee Street.
