AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Community members in the West Hills neighborhood held a town hall meeting to address a proposed groundwater lease from the Amarillo Country Club.
The club sent letters to property owners in West Hills and surrounding areas seeking to lease the groundwater rights beneath their land.
