AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) -The city of Amarillo discussed an outside review of its new utility billing system that found bills were calculated correctly under the rate ordinance, but did not determine why some residents saw abnormally high water bills.
The city transitioned in April to a new water utility billing system, after which thousands of residents received larger than normal bills.
