AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – For the first time in a career of almost 50 years, a marching band director at an area high school will be leading his students to the state competition next week.
At the start of the school year, Booker High School was in need of a marching band director. They took a long shot and contacted retired director Eddie Chance, who jumped at the opportunity.
