A spectacular end to a more than 400-foot-tall wind turbine.
It was recently near the West Texas A&M University campus at Canyon, Texas located a few miles south of Amarillo in the Texas Panhandle.
The 130 meter or 426 foot tall was the tallest in the nation when it was completed in the spring of 2018 as part of the University’s UL Advanced Wind Turbine test Facility, considered one of the largest test facilities of its kind.
