AMARILLO, Texas (KVII) — Amarillo police arrested a suspect in a hit-and-run crash on Bell Street that killed one person and injured another Wednesday night.
Laura Jean Koenig, 48, was arrested on a charge of collision involving personal injury or death and booked into the Randall County Jail.
