AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Amarillo Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of a wanted man on robbery and assault charges. Officials say 24-year-old Joshua Ray Martinez is wanted by the Potter County Sheriff’s Office on charges of robbery and assault of a family member or household member impeding breath or circulation.
