There is a mystery in Amarillo that I recently stumbled upon. It’s a tale of intrigue that surrounds one of our city’s most notorious bodies of water. There is an individual out there who is a hero to some; to others a nuisance. Calling this person a vigilante would be a gross misuse of the term. Calling them a cat-lady would fit a lot better.
