Hi everyone!
Mild and dry weather continues for this week with possible rain by Friday. This afternoon looks to be pleasant with sunshine, light and variable winds, and temperatures warming back into the 60’s. Amarillo could top out near 67. Tomorrow, the last day of January, will be partly sunny and pleasant with breezy winds, and temperatures warming into the mid to upper 60’s, while Thursday, February 1st, looks to be even nicer with sunshine and highs close to 72. The 60’s should return on Friday, followed by the slightly cooler, seasonal 50’s and low 60’s over the weekend.
Concerning precipitation, as of this writing, scattered rain showers look promising for Friday across our south and eastern counties.
