AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Tiffaney Belflower, Blake Siebercht, and Chris Israel from Homeless Heroes joined Today in Amarillo on Tuesday morning and discussed an upcoming purchase for the Homeless Heroes that will further aid area veterans.
The three said that Homeless Heroes are under contract to purchase the Astro Motel across from the Amarillo VA. They also noted that the purchase is to help house homeless veterans in our area and will help ease them back into society.
Siebercht added that Homeless Heroes will also be holding their summer batch fundraiser on July 14 to help raise funds for the purchase.
