AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) — Friday, local food trucks will gather in celebration of National Food Truck Day. The Exchange food park will host 14 food trucks from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. in honor of National Food Truck Day. The Exchange food park is located at 2801 Duniven Circle.
