AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – Two people have been arrested in connection to a murder near Jason Avenue on Sept. 17. According to a news release, Amarillo police officers were called to the area of Jason Avenue. Officers arrived at the scene to find 26-year-old Tiray James Evans, who had been shot.
