DUMAS, Texas (KVII) – The Ports to Plains Transportation Corridor headed up by more than 200 community partners across nine states is making moving along. The CEO and President of the Ports to Plains Alliance, Lauren Garduno, appeared in Dumas on Thursday to give insight on various projects with interstates in the Texas Panhandle.
