CANYON, Texas (KVII) – The second annual Chuck Wagon Roundup is on Saturday at Palo Duro Canyon State Park. Commemorating the history and heritage of ranching in the Texas Panhandle using a chuck wagon along with the supplies and tools it requires to operate one. The roundup provides a nostalgic atmosphere of ranching on a prairie.
