AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – Ricky Eugene Hall was indicted in Amarillo Federal Court on multiple counts related to distributing and possessing drugs.
According to court documents filed in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas Amarillo Division, Hall was indicted on two counts including:
- Conspiracy to Distribute and Possess with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine
- Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine
Charges allegedly stem from Dec. 1, 2023 according to Court Documents.
