Drivers advised to avoid McCormick, Georgia lanes Thursday morning due to ‘vehicle in the roadway’

RANDALL COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The Randall County Sheriff’s Office advised drivers to avoid the westbound lanes of McCormick Road and Georgia Street on Thursday morning due to a vehicle in the roadway.

Just after 6 a.m. on Thursday the Randall County Sheriff’s Office posted the warning on social media, asking motorists to avoid the area due to a vehicle in the road. Motorists traveling in the area on Thursday morning should consider alternate routes and otherwise be aware of emergency vehicles and first responders who could be in or near the roadway.
